The Government is Championing New University Providers – But Where’s the Evidence to Prove They’re Fit for Purpose? (The Telegraph, January 17, 2017) “The Quality Assurance Agency must now visit annually all alternative providers whose students are taking courses which make them eligible for student loans, and review them fully every four years.”

First Ever University Takes International Quality Verification (Viet Nam News, January 16, 2017) “The University of Science under the Việt Nam National University, Hà Nội (VNU University of Science) has become the first institution in Việt Nam to undergo ASEAN University Network - Quality Assurance quality verification standards.”

Kenya: Commission to Overhaul Higher Education Through Appraisal (allAfrica, January 13, 2017) “The Commission for University Education has said that its quality assurance officers will be visiting universities later this month to check on compliance with education standards as provided for in the institutions' charters and relevant laws.”
